A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENT IN
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 119.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 27thday of
dune , 1955, there was presented to said Council
a petition by the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 119 in which it was stated that 76% of the
levy has been made and that 1% of said levy will be
sufficient to pay the remaining bonds, coupons and admin-
istrative expenses of the District and asking that the
Council pass a resolution reducing said levy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That the next levy of Sewer Improvement District
No. 119 be fixed at 1% of said assessment and that the
remainder of said levy be and the same is hereby cancel]e d.
