diErLAS, on theth Jay of June , 1937, the then owner of Lot
One, Meade L. Haney' s Subdivision of Block 324, Original City of
I
Little Rock, Arkansas, executed an easement to the City of Little
Rock for the construction of a sanitary sewer line, and
'AHEREAS, said easement t covered the entire lot as the exact
locution of the proposed sewer was not then known, and
.il ;=';L , said sewer has now been constructed and its exact
locution is known and an easement covering the entire lot is not
necessary and the presence of the easement covering the entire lot
is working en undue hardship upon the present owners of the proper-
ty and makes it impossible for them to mortgage said property to se-
cure funds for needed improvealents and therefore the easement colt-
g the entire property should be released.
NOd BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE i 1'IY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Lit-
tle Rock, Arkansas, are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed releasing all of Lot One, Meade & Haney' s Subdivision of
Block 324, Original City of Little Rock, from the sewer easement
dated 8 June 1937 and recorded in Deed Record Book 248 at Page 487
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, except
a strip of land on the Bast side of said lot , which strip starts
at a point on the North property line 10 feet 'lest of the Northeast
corner of said lot and runs in a Southerly direction almost parallel
to the Last property line to the South pr_ porty line to a point se-
ven feet dent of the Southeast corner of said lot.
