WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on October
�7 1954, asking the City Council to vacate and
abandon all of the North-South alley or Block 12, The
Hollenberg Addition to the City of Little Robk, Arkansas
now appearing of record in Plat Book 76 , at Page 450 ,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas;
and
NHEREAS, the owners of all property abutting upon
said alley have signed said petition;
NOW THEREFORE
Be It Resolved , that the 22nd of November being a
regular meeting day of this Council , is hereby fixed as
the day for the hearing of the afore mentioned petition.
Be It Further Resolved , that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give notice or such meeting by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having
a general circulati on in the City of Little Rock, said
notice shall (A) state the name of the persons who signed
the petitions, (B) describe the alley there of to be vacated
and (C) advise all persons that on the date hereinabove
named the Council will hear and determine whether said
alley shall be vacated .
