A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON CERTAIN STREETS AND
ALLEYS IN CALLAWAY ADDITION AND WOODLAWN ADDITION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

There is hereby presented to the City Council a petition
under the authority of Sections 19-3824 to 19-3830, inclusive,
Arkansas Statutes , 1947, as amended, asking the City Council to
vacate certain streets and alleys in Callaway's Addition and
Woodlawn Addition to the City of Little Rock, and the City Council
finds that said petition is in proper form and meets the require-
ments of the statute . It is therefore
RESOLVED, that the petition be set for hearing at 8:00
o'clock P.M. on the 24th day of May , 1954, and that
the City Clerk shall give notice of such meeting by publishing the
notice required by statute, for the time and in the manner required.
