A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF YOUNGWOOD
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, There is hereby presented to the City Council a petition
under the authority of Sections 19-3824 to 19-3830, inclusive ,
Arkansas Statutes, 1947, as amended, asking the City Council to
vacate a small part ofYoungwood Road in Ringwood Place, and to
repeal Ordinance No. 9488 of the City of Little Rock, passed
March 8, 1954, and the City Council finds that said petition is
in proper form and meets the requirements of the statute ; AXXWAX
YANWrinvilX NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the petition be set for hearing at 8:00
o' clock P.M. on the 24th day of May, 1954, and that the City
Clerk shall give notice of such meeting by publishing thekotice
required by statute, for the time and in the manner required.
