RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE PROVIDING FOR THE
TWENTY-SIX BLOCKS IN EACH WARD TO BE DESIGNATED BY EACH WARD
ALDERM16N, BE IN ADDITION TO THE SCHOOL BLOCKS, ALSO THE POLICY
IN WHICH THE DOUBLE SURFACE AND SHOT JOB WORK IS TO BE PE.FORNED0
WHEREAS, a resolution providing for the twenty-six blocks in
each ward to be designated by the Ward Alderman be in add tion to the 2%
AChite school blocks, and that all work be done in each ward a ,-the same /tame.
SECTION 1 That the twenty--six blocks of double shot and seal
coating work in each ward be in addition to the school blocks, and that
all work will be done in each ward at the same time.
SECTION 2. That all seal coating work to be done this year will
begin in the Fifth Ward working to the lath, 3rd, 1st and to the 2nd
Ward. That all double surface treatment work to be done this year
will begin in the 2nd Ward working to the 1st, 3rd, 4th and on to the
5th Ward.
SECTION 3. That no priority would be given to the schools. That
the schools would be done at the same time as the other work in the wards,
and be in addition to the twenty-six designated blocks in each ward.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall b e in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
