RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED CLOSING OF A PORTION OF YOUNGWOOD ROAD IN KING-
WOOD PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, There has been presented to the City Council a petition
under the authority of Sections 19-3824 to 19-3830, inlcusive, Arkansas
Statutes , 1947, as amended, asking the City Council to vacate a small
part of Youngwood Road in Kingwood Place, and the City Council finds
that said petition is in proper form and meets the requirements of the
statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the petition be set for hearing at 8:00 o' clock
P.M. on the 8 th day of March, 1954, and that the City Clerk shall
give notice of such meeting by publishing the notice required by
statute , for the time and in the manner required.
