A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOE DE SALVO AS
COMMISSIONER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 582 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, William R. Watt, a duly appointed, qualified and
=cting Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 582, Little
Pock, Arkansas, on September 13, 1951, sold all property owned by
+ im in said District, since which date he has been ineligible to
serve as such Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
io. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
+ oe De Salvo, a property owner in said District, as successor to
-aid William R. Watt and to fill the vacancy due to the resignation
.f William R. Watt effective September 13, 1951.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that Jos De Salvo, be and he is
ereby appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Improvement
istrict No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said Joe De Salvo, is
ereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law and to
nter upon his duties as such Commissioner.
