A RESOLUTION CANCELLING ANY FURTHER LEVY IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 326.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , held on the 13 day of April,
1953, there was presented to the Council a petition by the
Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 326 in which
the Commissioners report that no further levy of assessments
will be necessary to pay the obligations of said District and
asking that all unlevied assessments be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That no further levy of assessments in
Street Improvement District No. 326 shall be made .
