A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF J. C . JACKSON
AS COP.'MISSIONER IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 430;
ELECTING H. A . CATES AND R. A. BOYCE AS COMMISSIONERS
THEREIN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , there is a vacancy on the Board of
Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 430 of
Little Rock, Arkansas , and J. C . Jackson, Secretary of
the Board of Commissioners of said District, has resigned
and no longer owns property in the District, and the
property owners have recommended the election of H. A.
Cates and R. A. Boyce to fill these places ; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, that the resignation of J. C . Jackson
be accepted and that H. A. Cates and R. A. Boyce be and they
are hereby elected Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 430 of Little Rock, Arkansas .
