A ":_;SOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE
F,UILDING PERT. IT TO KARCHER CANDY COMPANY FOR CE -
°`" TAIN TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Engineer is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a building
permit to the Karcher Candy Corr pany for the con -
struction of a Type-4 building of ap roximately
1600 Square feet at 3rd and YcLean Streets , Little
Rock, ArG_ansas , which location is just inside the
limits of Fire Zone :_.c . 1, inasmuch as the construc-
tion of this building will not materially increase
the fire hazard and rates in that area.
