RESOLUTION NO. 1938
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 592
WHEREAS, since being appointed a commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lee K.
Jacks has sold his property in said District and is no longer
a property owner within said District, and is therefore disqua-
lified by law to act as commissioner for said District; and
WHEREAS, Lee K. Jacks has tendered his resignation as
commissioner in said District and said resignation should be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Jacks and the Board of Commissioners of
said District have recommended the appointment of William W.
McLendon as a successor to Mr. Jacks on said Board of Improvement
and have represented that Mr. McLendon is a property owner in said
District; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that William W. McLendon be and he is
hereby appointed a commissioner for Street Improvement District
No, 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, who shall forthwith take the
oath of office and enter upon his duties with the other com-
missioners of said District.
