A RESOLUTION REDUCING T7P. REMAINING ASSESSH:E T IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 515 FROM TWELVE
PEH CENT TO FIVE PER CENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , held on the 8th day of September,
1952, there was presented to said Council a petition by the
Commissioners issioners of Street Improvement District No. 515 in which
it was stated that 88% of the levy has been made and that 5% of
said levy will be sufficient to pay the remaining bonds, coupons
and administrative expenses of the District and asking that the
Council pass a resolution reducing said levy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
That the next levy of Street Improvement District No.
515 be fixed at 5% of said assessment and that the remainder of
said levy be and the same is hereby cancelled.
