RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 592
WHEREAS, since being appointed a commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, Tildon
Easley has sold his property in said District and is no longer a
property owner within said District, and is therefore not qualified
to act as commissioner for said District; and
WHEREAS, Tildon Easley has tendered his resignation as
commissioner in said District and said resignation should be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, Mr . Easley and the Board of Commissioners of said
District have recommended the appointment ofSSCa I.

Improvement and have represented that Mr. D hj2sokt
is a property holder in said District; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that c ��I e ,, ,: �jO/.1,501// &,C..
be and he is hereby appointed a commissioner for Street Improvement
District No . 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, who shall forthwith take
the oath of office and enter upon his duties with the other com-
missioners of said District .
