RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 576
WHEREAS, Mr. E. Hendrix Barnett, one of the commissioners
of Street Improvement District No. 576 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has moved outside the boundaries of the District and is no longer
a property holder in the District and is therefore not qualified
to act as commissioner for said District; and
WHEREAS, this Council did appoint Dr. Leopold N. Judah as
his successor; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Leopold N. Judah did not qualify by taking his
oath of office within ten days from his appointment; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Dr. Leopold N. Judah be and he is
hereby appointed again a commissioner for Street Improvement
District No. 576 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and he shall forthwith
take the oath of office and enter upon his duties with the other
commissioners of said District.
