RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 594
;HEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District
Yo. 594 have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed law,aw, and have reco!mme Aed the appointment of

Little Rock, Airkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district; /

be and they are hereby elected assessors for Street Improvement
District No. 594 of the City of Little mock, and they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received
by each and every lot or other tract of lend within the said
district by reason of the proposed improvement.
