3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
4 ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
5 TO PROVIDE FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN
6 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR ROCKY LANE; AND
7 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
10 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
12 for a waiver of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Bryant
13 Addition Preliminary Plat located on the east side of Rocky Lane just south of Colonel
14 Glenn Road.
15 Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
16 roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be waived
17 for a proposed three lot plat. The specific waiver is for widening and improving
18 Rocky Lane.
19 Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication of 25' from centerline on Rocky Lane
20 will be required as called for in the Master Street Plan.
21 Subsection c. Any future zoning actions, or re- development of the site will be
22 subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
23 Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
24 passage.
