A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A. L. GOSS, JR. , AS COI°.IMISSIONER OF
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 590 TO FILL VACANCY
°WHEREAS, A. B. Buck, Jr. , a duly appointed, qualified and
acting commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 590, Little
Rock, Arkansas, has ceased to reside in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and has submitted his resignation as such commissioner
effective March 17, 1952; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
No. 590, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
A. L. Goss, Jr. , a property owner in said district, as successor
to said A. B. Buck, Jr. and to fill the vacancy due to the
resignation of the latter.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that A. L. Goss, Jr. , be and he
is hereby appointed as a commissioner of and for Street Improvement
District No. 590, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said A. L. Goss, Jr. ,
is hereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law and
to enter upon his duties as such commissioner.
