A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO PROCEED DOM TATELY .NTH ANY ENGINEERING WORK NECESSARY
FOR THE DRAIN.LE CF GILLAL PARK RQ4D, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
DE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:.
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed immediately to use the City's equipment
and engineering staff of employees for the purpose of performing
immediately such work upon Gillam Park Road as may be necessary for
the purpose of providing effective drainage for said road.
