RESOLUTION NO. 1921
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIOTTER IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 592
WHEREAS, since being appointed a Commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, Ossie J.
Greenekas accepted employment in another city and state and is
now living there and it is impossible for him to properly carry
on and perform his duties as a commissioner in said district; and
'W uHEREAS, Ossie J. Greene has tendered his resignation as
a commissioner in said district and said resignation should be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Greene and the Board of Commissioners for
said district have recommended the appointment of Joe Russell as
a successor to Er. Greene on said Board of Improvement, and have
stated that Mr. Russell is a property holder in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE: OLVED, that Joe Russell be and
he is hereby appointed a. Commissioner for Street Improvement District
No. 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, who shall forthwith take the oath
of office and enter upon his duties with the other commissioners
of said district.
