• RESOLUTION APPOINTING ERNEST P. REDFERN AS ASSESSOR IN STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 592 TO SUCCEED WALTON CAMPBELL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, since being appointed assessor in Street Improve-
ment District No. 592 of Little Rock, Arkansas, Walton Campbell has
become a non-resident of the City of Little Rock and is no longer
an elector of this city; and
WHEREAS, Walton Campbell has submitted his resignation as
assessor and the Board of Commissioners of said improvement district
has recommended the appointment of Ernest P. Redfern, a qualified
elector of this city, as his successor; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Ernest P. Redfern be and he is hereby
elected assessor for Street Improvement Dirict No. 592 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and he is directed to take the oath of office and,
with the other assessors, to assess the benefits to be received by
each and every lot or other tract of land within said district by
reason of the proposed improvement.
