A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A. B. BUCK, JR. , AS CONIISSIONER OF
STREET IIIP iOVENENT DISTRICT NO. 590 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, Wayne C. Fletcher, a duly appointed, qualified and
acting commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 590, Little
Rock, Arkansas, in the near future will cease to reside in the State
of Arkansas and has submitted his resignation as such commissioner
effective January 28, 1952; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
No. 590, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
A. B. Buck, Jr. , a property owner in said district, as successor
to said Wayne C. Fletcher and to fill the vacancy due to the
resignation of the latter.
NOW TF REF10RE, BE IT RESOLVED, that A. B. Buck, Jr. , be and he
is hereby appointed as a commissioner of and for Street Improvement . .v :x
District No. 590, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said A. B. Buck, Jr. ,
is hereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law and
to enter upon his duties as such commissioner.
