A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF HUGO W. NOR ELL
AS A M'MEER OF THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS COMETSSION RS OF TI-I CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the Board of Water Works Com-
missioners of the City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the remaining members of the Board of Water Works
Commissioners have by proper resolution appointed Hugo W. Norvell
to serve as Water Commissioner for a term expiring October 31, 1959,
subject to the approval of two-thirds of the duly elected and quali-
fied members of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TITS CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
STECTION 1. That the appointment of Hugo W. Norvell as a
member of the Water Works Commission of the City of Little Rock
to fill the terra expiring October 31, 1959, be and the same is
hereby approved.
