R E S O L U T I O N No. 1908
RESOLUTION APPROVING PL ArS
AND APPOINTING ASSESSORS IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 591, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 591 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have filed the plans and have
reported the estimate of costs of constructing the improvements
contemplated in said local improvement district to be $ 1.1.0,000.00 ,
to be assessed and charged upon the real property of the District
according to the benefits received, and it appearing that said
plans are as prayed for in the petition and that said estimate of
cost to be charged against the real property in the district is less
than sixty per cent (60%) of the value of all the real property in
the District as shown by the last County assessment;
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED, that the making of the assess-
ment for said improvement be undertaken, and A. L. Wooten, 0. D.
Hadfield, Jr. , and W. H. Porterfield are hereby appointed Assessors
to assess the benefits to be realized by each lot or block or other
subdivision of land, railroad and railroad right-of-way in said
District.
