A RESOLUTION ELECTING A. J. BARNES AS COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #590 TO FILL VACANCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Fred Adair, named as a commissioner of Street
Improvement District #590 has been out of the City and unable
to assume his duties as commissioner; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of said District has
recommended the appointment of A. J. Barnes as his successor;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, that A. J. Barnes be and he is hereby
elected as Commissioner for Street Improvement District #590 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and he is hereby directed to take the oath
of office as required by law and to enter upon his duties as
commissioner.
