A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 589, ELECTING ASSESSORS THEREIN, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 11th day
of September, 1950, there was presented to said Council
by the Board of Improvement of Street Improvement District
No. 589 their report, together with the plans and esti-
mate of cost of the work to be done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that said
report, plans and estimate of cost are approved and adopted
and A. L. Wooten, Abe Thalheimer and E. B. Weaver are
appointed assessors for said District.
ADOPTED: September 11, 1950.
