RESOLUTION FJ .CTING .SSESSORS EL FOR CURB & (RITTER IL ROVEIIENT DISTRICT NO.
',:l'tf REAS, the Commissioners of Curb & Gutter Improvement
District No. „II7 have made due report to the City Council that
they have qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans
for their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be
within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appoint-

and c�Z/ 7)/171//)'e , all duly qualified electors of
Little 'flock, rirkar_sas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district;

be and they are hereby elected assessors for Curb & Gutter Improvement
District No. (57,7 of the City of Little Hock, and they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received
by each and every lot or other tract of land within said district
by reason of the proposed iraproverent,
