A RESOLUTION APPOINTING E. A. McCASKILL AND WARREN BALDWIN AS ASSESSORS
IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 119.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, held on the 19th day of December, 1949, there was
presented to the said Council by the Board of Improvement of Sewer
Improvement District No. 119 their petition to the effect that two of
the assessors originally appointed as assessors have died; it is now
necessary to make a re—assessment of a portion of the property in the
District and asking for the appointment of two additional assessors
and suggesting the names of E. A. McCaskill and Warren Baldwin; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That E. A. McCaskill and Warren Baldwin be appointed
assessors for said District.
