A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF LAWSON L. DELONY
AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF .'ATER :7ORKS COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the Board of Water
Works Commissioners for the City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the remaining members of the Board of eater
Works Commissioners have by proper resolution appointed Lawson
L. Delony to serve as Water Commissioner for a term expiring
October 31, 1957, subject to the approval of two-thirds of the
duly elected and qualified members of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Lawson L. Delony
as a member of the Water Works Commission of the City of Little
Rock to fill the term expiring October 31, 1957, be and the
same is hereby approved.
ADOPTED: November 7, 1949.
