RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSESSORS FOR CURB .xND GUTT. R Ir4i'h0V iTF; T
DISTRICT NO. 578
"''hereas the commissioners of Curb and Gutter Improvement Listrict
No. 578 have made report to the Gity Council that they have organized and
adopted plans for the improvement and have estimated ,the cost thereof,
which is within the limit allowed by law , and have reco mended the
appointment of A. C. Reed , Junius Holmes, and Jack Tucker, all qualified
electors of Little Rock, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district .
Now therefore be it resolved that C . Reed, Junius Holmes , and
Jack Tucker, be and they are elected assessors for Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 578 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and
they are directed to take their oath of office , and to assess the benefits
to be received by each and every lot , tract or other parcel of land
within said district by reason of the proposed Improvement .
