RESOLUTION ..PPOINTINO ASSESSORS :OR STREET IL ROJEi; NT DISTRICT
NO . 577
Thereas the commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 577
have made report to the City Council that they have organized and
adopted plans for the improvement and have estimated the cost thereof,
which is within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the
appointment of C . Reed , Junius Holmes , and Jack Tucker, all qualified
electors of hittle Rock, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district .
Now therefore be it resolved that . C. Reed, Junius Holmes , and
Jack Tucker, be and they are elected assessors for Street Improvement
District No . 577 of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , and they are
directed to take their oath of office , and to assess the benefits to
be received by each and every lot , tract or other parcel of land within
said di: trict by reason of the proposed Improvement .
