• A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE FINAL REPORT OF
COMMISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 546
AND DISCHARGING SUCH COMMISSIONERS FROM FURTHER LIABILITY.
WH=;EEAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 546 of the City of Little sock have filed herein their
Final report dated May 10, 1949; and
WHEREAS, said report establishes that all taxes and
assessments due said District have been collected and that all
obligations and liabilities of said District have been fully
paid and that refund has :e en made to the property owners of
all funds remaining in the Commissioners' hands, and that
there remain no further duties to be performed by the Commis-
sioners of said District; and
WHEREAS, said report has been examined and approved by the
City Council of the City of Little hock, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Final heport of the Commissioners
of Street Improvement District No. 546, dated May 10, 1949,
filed herein on May 1� 9�� , be, and the same hereby
is, in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That J. Strawn, Paul M. Leird and A. 0.
Northern, the Commissioners of said District, be, and they hereby
are, discharged from any and all further duties or liabilities
as Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 546, said
discharge to be effective from and after the passage and
approval of this resolution.
