A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSESSORS FOR STREET IMPROVEYENT
DISTRICT NO . 579 .
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Street
improvement District No . 579 has properly formed a plan
of improvement for the said district and procured an esti-
mate of the costs of tie said improvement; and
WHEREAS said Board of Commissioners rias duly
filed the said plan of improvement and estimate of costs
with this City Council; and
WHEREAS the said plans and estimated cost of
improvement appear to be in proper form and order and have
been approved, subject to examination by the City Engineer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL
OF TB ; CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1 . That Douglas Thom, Arthur jails, and
J. W . Dean, tree electors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be and they are hereby appointed as members
of the Board of Assessment of Street Improvement District
No . 579 of Little Rock;
Section 2 . That the said Board of Assessment
be and it is hereby authorized and directed to determine
and fix tie benefits which will be received by each lot,
block and other subdivisions or parcels of land within
the said street improvement district from the improvements
to be constructed and made by the said improvement
district in accordance with the laws of the State of
Arkansas .
