CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR
THE LEASING OF ThE CONS'-' TON STANDS
AT BOYLE PARK AND WAMENUFLPARK FOR THE
YEAR 1949.
t° BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOP THE CITE OF LTTTLF
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock are hereby authorized ano directed
to enter into a contract with W . D. Grant for the leas-
ing of the consession stand in Boyle Park; that the
term of said lease will be for the year 1949, and in
consideration of the City's receiving 15% of the net
• proceeds derived from the operation of said consession.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with A . R. Fewell for the leas-
t nc' of the consession stand inibcArthur Park; that the
term of saiu lease will be for the year 1949 , and in
consideration of the City 's receivinrr 20 of the net
proceeds derived from the operation of said consession.
SECTION 3. All resolutions and parts of
resolutions in conflict herewith are .:ereby repealed,
and this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passar,e and approval.
