FOR ST 1.ET Ii 'ROVEi4EVT DISTRICT NO . 575
1BERE S, the Commissioners of Street Iriprove gent
District No. 575 have made due report to the City Council that
they have qualified for office and have organized, have formed
plans for their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof
to be within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the
appointment of Herman C . West , Woodrow B. iJcEni ht and games K.
Cole, Jr. , all duly quulified electors of Little Rock, tirkansas,
as assessors to assess the benefits in sr id district;
LOW, TlaRLTORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Herman C . West,
Woodrow D. iIciinight and Janes K. Cole , Jr. , be and they are
hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement District Igo.
575 of the City of Little Rock, and they are directed to take
the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by
each and every lot or other tract of land within said district
by reason of the 1)roposed improvement.
