RESOLUTION NO. 1805
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO . 570
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement
Listrict No. 570 have made due report to the City Council that
they have qualified for office and have organized , have formed
plans for their improvement hnd have estimated the cost thereof
to be within t, e limit allowed by law, and have recommended the
appointment of Robert_5, .2-gyres , William H. Gardner ,
and George L. Kelley , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
district;
k NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Robert S. Ayres ,
William H. Gardner and George L. Kelley be
and they are hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement
District No. 570 of the City of Little Kock, and they are directed
to take the oath of office and to a ssess the benefits to be received
by each and every lot or other tract of land within said district by
reason of the proposed improvement.
