A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SEVER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 122; ELECTING ASSESSORS IN
SAID DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council held on the
9th day of February, 1948, there was presented to the Council
by the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement District No.
122 the plans, specifications and estimate of cost for the
work to be done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That said plans, specifications and estimate
of cost be approved and that A. L. Wooten, Oscar McCaskill and
Hugh W. Houston be appointed assessors for said District.
