A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE hAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a lease with the :',elders Supply Company of Little Rock,
leasing lots 9 and 10, block "B" of Fletcher-Clark Addition
to the City of Little Rock, to said company.
SECTION 2. Said lease shall be for a period of
thirty years, with an annual rental of Fifty ( 50.00) Dollars
per year, and shall contain an option whereby the lessee
may continue the lease for an additional period of thirty
years.
