A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR AJBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
CLOSING OF THAT PART OF NORTH LOUISIANA STREET FROM THE ALLEY
TO THE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE, MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the petition of the Lamark Company
and the Marion Hotel Garage Co. , Inc . asking the City
to abandon a certain part of the North end of Louisiana
Street, having been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the statutes of the State of Arkansas
it is deemed necessary that a public hearing be called
to discuss the feasibility of this matter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock that a public hearing be held
upon the petition of the Lamark Company and the Marion
Hotel Garage Co. , Inc. The public shall be notified of
such hearing by the City Clerk in the manner provided by
law.
