A RESOLUTION ELECTING H. K. KENDRICK AS COMMihIS.:,IONER
IN STREET IMPROVElitENT DISTRICT NO. 399.
WHEREAS , Mr. A. Dudek, a Commissioner of Street
Improvement District No. 399, died recently, and there is
at present an immediate need for the appointment and
qualification of a successor Commissioner, to the end
that the District may proceed to sell vacant lots upon
which it has foreclosed its lien for unpaid assessments,
and the surviving Commissioners recommend the appointment
of H. K. Kendrick, 2410 Scott Street, a duly qualified
property owner in the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that H. K. Ken-
drick be and he is hereby elected a Commissioner of
Street Improvement District No. 399, and that he shall
proceed at once to take the oath of office and to enter
upon the duties of said office.
