BRACK 'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ; DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE THEREON; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. XXXXXXXXXXXXX`XXXXIXX HRREAS, Miss vfilliam Mary Brewer , the owner of all of Block 9 of C. 0. Brack' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , has filed with this Council a peti- tion to vacate the alley running north and south in said Block 9 , showing that she owns all of said Block 9 and therefore is the owner of all property abutting on the alley sought to be closed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to the procedure set out in Act 17 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas for the year 1945, approved February 6 , 1945 , the City Clerk shall Jive notice by pub- lication once a week for two weeks in some newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, advising all property owners who may be affected by the proposed vacating or closin3 of sEid alley that the City Council will hear the petition end aeter•- mine whether said property should be abandoned as an alley, ana that the said notice shall be in substantially the following form: NOTICE OF A HEARING UN A PETITION TO ABANDON THE ALLEY RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH IN BLOCK 9 OF C. 0. BRACK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS Notice is hereby 'given that William Mary Brewer, as owner of all of Block 9 of C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has filed with the City Council a petition to abandon the north and south alley running through said block, and that the City Council will hear this petition and determine whether said alley should be abandoned at a meeting to be held at 8:00 P.M. on the 18th day of June, 1945, and at such meeting all property owners who are affected by the petition or who are directly interested in the matter are noti- fied to be present and an opportunity will be given to them to be heard.
