A RESOLUTION NAMING J. W. ALLEN AS COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROV M_ENT DISTRICT NO. 515; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That, whereas, Q.E.N. Cole, at this time a com-
missioner of Street Improvement District No. 515, is no
longer a resident of said district, and his work is such
that he is prevented from attending to the affairs of the
district; and
Whereas, it is necessary that a new commis-
sioner be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council doth declare that
there is ,a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners and doth
hereb .f J. W. Allen as Commissioner of said district.
