Cunningham's Addition, situated west of the west driveway leading from
Twelfth Street and Fair Park, and certain lots in Pulaski Heights
situated at Prospect and Beech Streets, now occupied by Fire Station
No. 7; and, Whereas, it is the opinion of your Real Property Com-
mittee that the City of Little Rock does not now and will not have in
the future any particular need for this property; and Whereas, the
present real estate values are at a high level; and Whereas, the uncer-
tainty of real property values after the present war cannot be deter-
mined, we, the Real Property Committee recommend to the Council that it
adopt the following Resolution:
RESOLVED, that the Board of Public Affairs be directed to
advertise and take bids for the sale of the following property either
separately or as a whole, or both:
Lots Five, Six and Seven Block Seven;
Lots Seven, Eight, Nine, Tem, Eleven and Twelve Block Ten;
Lots Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven and
Twelve, Block Twenty-six;
Lots Seven, Eight and Nine, Block Twenty-seven;
All in Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; and
Lot Nine and the South Half of Lot Ten Block Twenty
Pulaski Heights Additionto the city of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Little Rock pay all
taxes due by it on Lot Two (2) Block Twenty-seven (27), and that the
Moor and City Clerk be authorized to execute and deliver a Quitclaim
Deed to the Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 452, to
Lots Four, Five and Six Block Twenty-six (26); and Lots One (1) and
Three (3) Block Twenty-seven (27) all in Cunningham's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
