NO. 1609.
hII'lR AS, at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 20t1),
day of October , 1941, there was presented to
said Council by the Doard of Improvement of Street Im-
provement District No. 432, a report showing that the
district had collected all of its assessments; had paid
all of its obligations and praying that the Commissioners -
be discharged from farther service.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that S. L. Kahn and
C. E. Faulhaber, the only Commissioners of said Street
Improvement District No. 432, be discharged as such c om-
missioners.
