BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU1CIL OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The bond executed by the United States Fidelity
and ''uaranty Company as surety and Cooper Jacoway, City Attorney,
as principal in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ( ::5000.00 ) is
hereby accepted and the delay in giving same is hereby excused.
