RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IEPROVE + ITT DISTRICT NO. ,554
WHEREAS, the commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 554 have made due report to the City Council that they have
aualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recomendedthe appointment of
George D. Ellis , Oscar C. Jones and
Reginald Jackson , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, _Lrkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in
said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii RESOLVED that George D. iallis
Oscar U . Jones and Reginald Jackson be and
they are hereby elected as assessors for Street Improvement Dis-
trict No. 554 of the City of Little Rock, and they are directed
to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be re-
ceived by each and every lot or other tract of land within said
district by reason of the proposed improvement.
ADOPTED: March 4, 1941.
