RESOLUTION NO. 15 .
WHEREAS, the Arkansas: Investment Company, or its grantee, 41 the
owner of and in possession of-the East 2001 of the South 1501, being a
parcel of land 200' East and West,_and 150' North and South, in. the

AREAS, the owners are permitting officers and employees of the
City of Little Rock, arkansas, to use a portion of the East part of

the properties hereinbefore mentioned in driving

trucks and other equipment across said properties, and said privilege
is extended to the City of Little Rock and its employees as a matter

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the e -City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, that -

The City of Little Rock hereby acknowledges
that the use of the premises by the officers
and employees of the City of Little Rock, as
hereinbefore mentioned, is permitted for the
convenience of the City, and the City pays
nothing whatsoever therefor, and the City
Council of the City of Little Rock hereby
declares that the said City does not now and
will not in the future claim any right, title,
equity or interest of any kind or nature what-
soever in or to said properties or any portion
thereof by reason of the extending of the
courtesies hereinbefore stated.'"
