RESOLUTION No. 154.
*v.HEREAS, the Board of Improvement of S+reet
Improvement District No. 552 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has filed its report, together with an estimate of the
cost of the improvements contemplated in said local
improvement district, and it appearing therefrom that
the estimated cost of thg construction of said improvement,
exclusive of interest on borrowed money, is the sum of
:.3, 500.00, being less than 40% of the assessed value of
the real property in the district as shown by the last
county assessment;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH' CI'TY
COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: that said report be
and the same is hereby annroved and that the making of
the assessment for said improvement be undertaken and
that Ord Kimsey, D. R. Snierling, and Mrs. Lotta C.
"![elend.y, each of whom is a resident of the district
and an elector of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
be and they are hereby annointed as assessors for said
district to assess the benefits to be received by each
lot or block or other subdivision of lands, railroad
right-of-way in s .d district, by reason of the pro-
posed local improvement therein.
