R E S O L U T I O N
No. 1530.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk a
petition to the City Council for the annexation of certain
territory to Street Improvement District No. 534 of the City
of Little Rock, which the signers claim is signed by a majority
in value of the owners of reel property in the territory to be
annexed and attrch thereto a certificate of the abstrEctor to
that effect ;
N0 , THE=REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk
shall publish once a week for two weeks in some newspaper published
in this city a notice calling upon the real property owners owning
property within the territory described in said petition to appear
before the Council on the 28 day of October, 1940, at the hour
of 8:OOP.M. and show cause for or against such annexation
