NO. 152 .
WHEREAS, P . S . Woodard has filed with the City Clerk
his resignation as a commissioner in Street Improvement District
No. 528, because of his departure from this city. This resignation
causes a vacancy to exist in the Board of Commissioners for Street
Improvement District No. 528; and there has been recommended to
our body thetal. Guy Cook be appointed to fill such vacancy.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that . Guy Cook is hereby
made a member of the Board of Commissioners in Street Improvement
District No. 528, and he is hereby ordered to take his oath of
office and perfori the duties as such Commissioner.
